1. Donations:
a. All donations made to Shiva Foundation are non-refundable.
b. Shiva Foundation reserves the right to use the donated funds at its own discretion to further its mission of providing for the physical and emotional needs of children.
c. Shiva Foundation does not accept donations from persons or organizations with positions or views that are contrary to its mission.
d. Donors understand that their contributions are not tax deductible.
2. Book Events:
a. Shiva Foundation reserves the right to refuse any booking request and to cancel any event at its own discretion.
b. All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and will be subject to availability.
c. All attendees are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of Shiva Foundation.
d. Shiva Foundation reserves the right to cancel any event with 48 hours’ notice, in which case no refund will be issued.
